Le projet d’établissement des Trois Planches a pour objectif principal de prendre en charge des jeunes en difficulté et en besoin d’une présence éducative de tous les instants. Pour accompagner ces jeunes, souvent déscolarisés et désocialisés à leur arrivée, les adultes ont besoin d’être présents dans leur quotidien. L’une des missions principales est d’apporter à ces jeunes un cadre éducatif sécurisant, apaisant et favorisant l’épanouissement grâce à un modèle familial.
L’idée clé du projet est de permettre aux jeunes accueillis, quel que soit leur âge, de développer ou de renforcer des compétences liées à l’autonomie et de favoriser des glissements entre les différentes modalités d‘accompagnement.
L’objectif est de favoriser des passerelles entre la vie en collectivité dans la maison et la vie en semi-autonomie au « pass’âge ».

L’équipe favorise le vivre ensemble et le « faire avec ».
Le travail permet de partager, il est dynamisant. L’adulte donne l’exemple en participant avec les jeunes : on entretient, on crée, on tond, on nettoie. Ces activités contribuent à la progression des adolescents vers un équilibre, une mise en confiance et la découverte d’aptitudes.
La volonté est de créer un changement dans l’esprit des jeunes qui pourra, peut-être, leur permettre de s’investir différemment dans un projet extérieur d’apprentissage ou de qualification.
Être et faire avec même lorsque les garçons sont dans le rejet. Cela les interpelle car ils voient que malgré tout, nous sommes là et nous tenons bon. Bien souvent c’est le petit rien qui fait tout.

Les appartements permettent deux types distincts d’accompagnement :
Selon le projet des jeunes, ces appartements peuvent être en colocation ou en solo, à Amplepuis ou dans les communes alentours.
L’objectif est d’accompagner au mieux ces jeunes vers la majorité et la sortie du dispositif de protection de l’enfance.

Il est situé sur le même lieu et dans la continuité de l’internat.
C’est un « entre-deux » où est pris en compte la capacité pour le jeune à être plus autonome que sur l’internat mais pas suffisamment pour vivre en appartement éducatif.
Cette prise d’autonomie implique que la sollicitation des adultes n’est plus la même qu’à l’internat. Ce qui permet de proposer des réponses et des méthodes nouvelles, adaptées aux modalités d’accompagnement.
Le Pass’age est destiné à accompagner les jeunes de 16 ans et plus ayant un projet en cours.
