La C.A.P.S est ouverte aux filles et garçons de 16 à 21 ans accompagnés par les différents services de prévention spécialisée du Rhône. Spécialisé dans la lutte contre le décrochage scolaire, la CAPS propose aux jeunes repérés par les écoles et lycées de faire un stage d’une semaine dans l’atelier vélos. Ces stages, valorisants et motivants pour les jeunes leur permettent de faire une pause et de faire le point sur la situation, en vue d’une remobilisation.
L’atelier est aussi ouvert au public pour l’achat, AJD Cycles, pour la location ou la réparation de vélos, neufs ou d’occasion, standards ou électriques.
